i love seeing mikki hit those shots.  no one is expecting them to go in  -- including himself -- and then he just gets so amped after making them!

It's actually his shot. It's just not been falling since he got here.
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

Also...is Mikki just like this?  Or is he still learning?  I really can't tell and I'm wondering if we're going to see much of him in the playoffs at this rate.

Powe looks to have that explosiveness back. From what I've read, it was amazing before he hurt his knee a few years ago.
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.
