since Mikki Moore joined the team hes yet to see us play good

A loss to the clippers (followed by the kings easily beating them)
Struggle against the pacers without their best player at home
Gag job to the pistons at home

Like Doc says, rather be healthy
than 1st seed. KG will fire us up.
Relax people. We ain't dead yet!

Then why is he burning out Pierce?  Does that only apply to KG?

I hope he gets asked that.

I think this has more to do with Rip having something to prove when AI is out and just going through the motions with AI there..

When AI is playing, Hamilton goes into Tank mode

PP can't play 48 minutes a game. Too much. The Celtics are tired.

what i don't understand is saving garnett and burning out pierce...makes no sense

Exactly. What happened to Doc saying he'd play Pruitt/Walker more minutes and suck it up even if they're not playing well? Neither of them have played much since he said that.
Even if Pierce wanted to play 48 minutes he should have sat him. I can't even imagine how many minutes he and Ray have played the past few weeks. I don't even care about blowouts anymore because they'll likely play more than they have to anyway.
Tommy: He's got a line about me. Tell him the line.

Mike: Everybody 60 or over knows Tommy as a player. Everybody 40 or over knows Tommy as a coach. Everybody 20 or over knows Tommy as a broadcaster. And everybody 10 or under thinks he's Shrek.

It has to do with the rest of the players find their rhythm on offense and the defense being better.

Yeah, for me, this is the most frustrating part of the recent games -- that Pierce has been playing way too much.  I realize that Scal and TA, the regular backups are out, but Doc needs to find a way to rest PP.  Maybe it means Allen playing the 3, maybe it means Giddens or Walker getting PT.  I don't know and I don't care -- PP should be playing closer to 36 mins a game.
Celtics fan for life.

Pruitt is suspended
and Walker obviously isnt ready

If the celtics had any sense of urgency, maybe they actually get a comfortable lead and get some rest

Play more small backcourt.  Rondo and House.  Rondo and Marbury.  Let Ray play some more of his 36 minutes at SF.

Only if they get 40 free throws and 50% from three each game in the playoffs

the pistons team today that played would do some damage in the playoffs.

And the celtics team that played today would get swept in the first round

When the celtics lose, its because of them imo, not because of the other team...if they play there game they are the best team in the league, and they went through the motions just expecting to win... again...
Garbage loss
