I'd be more interested on Damien Wilkins than on Atkins.

From Hollinger's article:

Nesterovic would be great but it won't happen. Even if he's bought out, which I doubt, he'd then join the Spurs. I also don't see Gooden getting a buy-out, ditto for Stackhouse.

Amongst more probable candidates, Joe Smith is my favourite option, followed by Moore as a modest second. Mihm has looked scarily putrid this season every time I watched him, but, worst case scenario, I guess we could get him as a 3rd string just in case. I don't see how we could use the other guys.

Heck, can we get Smith and Moore?  ;D

That would bring excellent size and jump shooting ability to our benches front line. Powe can sit. And Davis can get spot minutes when a banger is needed.

Nesterovic, Collins are tempting. Then its just a matter of digging up a wing.

i know there's aloty of talk about smith vs moore vs nesterovic, but the guy i'm watching is stackhouse. if he's healthy, he could be a great bench addition. another guy would be bobby jackson, tho i'm less worried about a back-up point.

How much money does Boston have to offer?  I am pretty sure the Cavs plan on offering the full MLE to Smith if he gets bought out

I honestly dont understand why teams that are looking for cap space did not trade for Marbury. He is on a 20m contract out this season and then they will have loads of space.  I think NYK are stupid not to have banked on it. But apart from that I think our season is over eventhough KG will miss just a part of it, he will be vulnerable when he gets back running.  Again, I cry for explanations regarding POB.

If that's the case, the Cavs will offer him $1 million more than Boston ($1.9M to $900k), assuming both clubs only offer a contract till the end of the current season.
