crownsy and all you other TA haters out there who are so naive just a few things to say. What do you guys think you know about basketball? Your prob a 38 fat **** sitting home on your comp bashing people on forums cause you have nothing else to do. TA is one of the purest athletes in the NBA, no that isnt a typo. I think the majority of people here bashing TA have never picked up or played basketball in their life. The skys the limit for Tony’s potential, this kid has so much raw athletic ability its scary. What do you guys think you know that Doc dosent? It’s what you dont know that Doc and DA do…if this kid went back to avging over 20 pts a game again everyone would shut their mouths but theres not room for another huge scorer on this team thats what the big 3 is for. Tony’s main problem is self afflicted; confidence and knowing his role…Do you think Doc rivers would continue to play someone who is not a quality player? NO TA is just under achieving and needs playing time to get back to where he was pre-injury. Why do you think TA is one of the most liked and respected guys in the locker room; he plays with heart nd alot of it. The kid needs time to develop he was playing allstar bball prior to his injury, sat out a year, rehabed it half a year to come back to a team that didnt need him. This is his first year really back from his extremely serious injury to really get the feel of things again. Give the kid time he’s gonna shock everyone…other than DOC, DA, and the BIG 3 and me…they know what hes capable of. This is the world champions were talking about there not gonna try and devlop TA for no reason if he was trash.

Ignoring your off base and hateful remarks which i flagged you for, lets address the one point you do bring up, the potential of tony allen.

Tony HAD alot of potential, tragicly, he missed two years to crippling knee surgries and has shown little to no improvment in his basketball IQ.

He is now 26 years old. He's not some kid anymore. at what point does the upside translate into "career bench defender due to questonable decision making, limited handle and jumpshot, and unfortunate injuries" 28? 29? 30?

TP for the fellow TA hater Crownsy

I don't think anyone is debating TA's athleticism, but his penchant for horrible decision making and sloppy play is a real problem.  Sorry but I don't think the lightbulb is suddenly gonna go off over his head after already being in the league for 4-5 years (I know he missed significant time with a serious injury, but he still isn't showing any signs of "getting it").  He isn't nicknamed "Turnover Tony" for no reason.

And I would strongly doubt that there is anyone who posts on this board that has never played basketball or doesn't know a good deal about basketball.

Good idea, bad execution.

No offense but it's just a bunch of low quality clips thrown together with a soundtrack without any real editing involved. Doesn't make a lot of sense, it's just thrown together.

every dunk lines with the beat, and its not my fault its bad quality CSN still doesn't film in high def.

thanks for the input.

Always good to see another mixmaker out here, not easy to put your sweat into something for the masses to evaluate.

I watch this mix and have two general comments:

1. You say that the beat and images match, but I see several instances where this is not the case.  Remember that the down-beat is different than the tempo of the music, you gotta line it up so it hits when the music hits.  What program are you using to edit these mixes of yours?  I suggest trying to use markers so the audio and video match more precisely (i.e. mark the audio clip on the exact frame it "hits," then mark the dunk highlight on the exact frame the net swishes, then line up the markers).

2. This is more important to me personally, dunking to music is fun to watch, but TA isn't LeBron, he's not flying over people's heads these days.  So when I'm watching your mix I'm like "this is mostly just fantasy."  My advice is to conceptualize a point of view about the subject your putting all this work into, and showing us what you really think.  Isn't TA fighting to return from injury a good enough story?  This is just TA = superman.

Keep up the good work...

p.s. I'm a mixmaker myself, feel free to check out my stuff below

Don't take the haters personally, Tone.  We just think you're garbage.
