Pierce is easily my favourite C to watch, but after that I have a hard time distinguishing who I prefer watching.

I can see where the OP is coming from though, almost every offensive play bill walker has been involved in since he's been re-activated from the D-league has had a certain flair to it.

It's just you.

  That's harsh.

With so many people on this blog, there must be at least 1-2 others that feel the same way...

I apologize for being harsh, but c'mon, the kid has done nothing but throw down a few dunks in garbage time. ::)

Hm. More than TA has done, with less stupidity, even.

Um, no. Tony actually played well in a few MEANINGFUL games.  Walker hasn't.

2006-2007 was meaningful?  ???

This will sound like sacrilege, but Walker reminds me of a slightly smaller LeBron James in body type. He does not have near the skill level of LBJ, but physically is quite similar.

I could see him becoming a decent starter, or 6th man, in a couple of years.

I dunno dude.  Lebron is built like a tank.  Walker is in good shape done get me wrong but Lebrons strength and speed are just amazing.

Off the top of my head, Corey Maggette is the cloest player to having Lebrons physical attributes, but Maggette isnt nearly as skilled, unselfish, and basketball intelligent.

Tony played well a few games THIS season.  Hello!

Once. Against a Detroit team that just traded for Iverson. Other than that, nothing else is really even note worthy.

And Bill Walker has played well a few games this season, just in limited minutes.

Meaningful games? Nope. But neither were any of the games TA played in. Only the post season really matters, everyone knows that. And what was TA doing while we made our title run? Oh, right. Waving a freaking towel on a bench.

I thought it was pretty obvious I was kidding. Claiming that 1-2 others must feel that way when there are, what, thousands(?) of posters was meant as a clue.

I personally enjoy watching Ray shoot recently.   I think he is sometimes taken for granted.

The cool part about that tape is that it covers about 75% of his baskets in the NBA + preseason... and it's already got some great buckets.

He is fun to watch and I think most probably think that. He gives me something to be excited about during a blowout.
Agreed, I want Bill Walker to play well and love to see him come into the game. I would not have a bit of problem seeing him play backup to Pierce at the 3 instead of Tony Allen. While Tony may be the better defender overall on the perimeter from an experience standpoint, Walker will not be overpowered or shot over by wing players like Tony. I have no problem seeing him get the SF minutes and TA can have the SG minutes. I just dont see a dropoff, in fact I think Walker will be more productive.

Is this a joke? You don't like TA as a player that's fine. But don't sit here and try to play Tony down to make it look like Bill Walker has actually done a single thing of real merit this year. He hasn't...period. Say what you want about Tony but even in mentioning the small handful of games where Tony has peformed well he's still light years ahead of Bill Walker who to be honest, right now couldn't even spell the word defense let alone play any.
Never underestimate the predictability of stupidity...

TP for the mix, I love watching this kid play.
That dunk on the suns was amazing IMO...should've been on more 'top 10 plays' lists.
Anything is possible!!!
