you are underestimating the value of scals contract. nobody said his contract would be able to land lebron. but it could land a decent player. why? because lots of teams are gearing up for that year, and might be looking for some expiring contracts.

I'd like to go on record and say Sam hit one of our biggest shots last season. That late three @ San Antonio. Hear me out, it completed a remarkable comeback @ the champs, it kick-started our sweep of the Texas Triangle and really welcomed him to this team and helped us jell.

That was a big game for him. And then he proceeded to stink it up in about 75% of the games the rest of the season... Sam was done last year. This year he wouldn't be much better.

I go to Dave and Busters for the night where the game is on every television there, and as there losing, people are looking at me because im the lone new yorker wearing a KG jersey who's also playing the basketball game machine and missing each shot in a humiliating way.  :(
