Agreed...most of the starters (Ray excepted) just don't want to run, and that negates most of Rondo's skills on the offensive end.  May be a good idea to take him out of games earlier in the 1st quarter, and then put him back in earlier in the 2nd to get some time with the bench.  After all, what the bench has really lacked is the leadership and ball movement Rondo can provide.
