You shouldn't know the movie. Well, you shouldn't know the second or their sequel to this movie. This movie though has a campy charm.

I thought it was good in parts, the president was the best character. Not as good as the first one though, no.

Actually I didn't know it because I've never seen The Substitute, I thought it was from Wanted. Never mind.
