The following trade has been completed (pending league approval)

Bobcats trade:  Chris Bosh
Warriors trade: 3rd round #12, 3rd round #24, 4th round #28

You can save your typing.  I will not be accepting it.

wdleehi... I currently only have 4 players on my roster and no more picks.   At some point I need to move one of my four players for value... right now the best I can get is the above trade.   By not approving this trade, you are going to leave me with two point guards, Yao Ming and Chris Bosh...

In the interest of fairness,  The Warriors have offered to also include the 10th round #28 pick.   The following trade has been completed (pending league approval):

Bobcats trade: Chris Bosh
Warriors trade: 3rd round #12, 3rd round #24, 4th round #28, 10th round #28

I just tried to send this into the commissioner and he replied with: "No.  If you are going to make a trade to get more picks, you need to make a better trade then that.  "

I then explained that I have 4 players and it was the best I could do and I KNEW what I was doing.  I won this thing last year... just let me make my trades... it's not like i'm a fool.

His response:  "I am not going to allow this trade.  Get over it."

So apparently the commissioner is not allowing me to play this game the way I see fit... I can't get great value and I can't get equal value... apparently I can only get what wdheeli WANTS me to get.

Glad to see Carter finally picked. To judge by his free fall, you would think this was a Toronto Raptors' fan board.

Also love Devin Harris and was holding out hope he might slip to 25.

Charlotte, NC --  Statement from LarBrd33

"Apparently the commissioner is not allowing me to do my job properly despite the fact that I have three franchise players and an allstar on my team.   Apparently the commissioner still does not trust my judgment or ability to run my squad properly.  I have now had three different trades vetoed by the commissioner:

Trade #1 -
Bobcats trade:  3rd round (#26)
Wizards trade:  4th round (#2), 5th round (#8), 9th round (#8), 9th round (#29)

Trade #2 -

Bobcats trade: 9th round (#8), 9th round (#29)
Hornets trade: 12th (#7), 13th (#24), 14th (#7), 15th (#24)

Trade #3 -

Bobcats trade:  Chris Bosh:
Warriors trade: 3rd round #12, 3rd round #24, 4th round #28, 10th round #28

....  Since apparently the commissioner does not approve of my GM'ing ability, there is no longer an incentive for me to negotiate trades.  Thus... the Bobcats are officially enacting "OPERATION WWWD".   My team lacks in serious depth.  We have 4 players and nothing else.    Heres the deal... I will accept the first offer I get for Chris Bosh.  That's right... I will accept the VERY FIRST OFFER I get for Chris Bosh.

The catch?   It has to be fair.    It has to be something that wdleehi would approve of.   What that constitutes, I have no idea... since it's all a matter of wdleehi's perception as dictator of this league.  Some lopsided trades are approved... some aren't.  But expect that if you offer two 15th rounders, wdleehi is likely to dismiss it, because of his own personal opinion.

Thus... structure your trade offer with the following in mind.... "What Would Wdleehi Do?" ...   As a gauge... he recently dismissed Chris Bosh for 3rd round #12, 3rd round #24, 4th round #28, 10th round #28.  So logically, you better make an offer that beats that.

Chris Bosh is officially on the market.   What Would Wdleehi Do?  Send your offers now!  :)

We have a winner...

Pistons Trade: Rasheed Wallace and 4th round (#8)
Bobcats trade:  Chris Bosh

Your move, Wdleehi... approve?  not approve?  My ability to judge talent doesn't matter apparently...

  • I left Indiana. Because it was horrible.
I think that's a bigger steal than your other trades.  I'd rather see you get more picks than a fading veteran for Chris Bosh.
CB Draft Bucks: Chris Paul, Dwight Howard, Tobias Harris, Zach LaVine, Aaron Afflalo, Jeff Green, Donatas Motiejunas, Jarrett Jack, Frank Kaminsky, Lance Stephenson, JaVale McGee, Shane Larkin, Nick Young

DKC Bucks. Also terrible.

Champ i agree with you 100%... but it's not up for me to decide, you know?  I already tried to get the guys I want... i got teams to agree to trades... and thrice time I was rejected by el commish...

So Sheed and the 4th rounder it is...
