I'm pretty sure that "flycatchers" isn't going to work as a name. Bison, Lizards or Bullfrogs, potentially I guess. Also, it cracks me up that there is such a specific "state meal".
I think a name like the "Choctaw" would be a great name, after the major Native-American tribe there (the one whose language from which the word "Oklahoma" is derived.) However, as alluded to earlier, Native American sports names are seen as taboo.
