How sweet it is. I was only 9 years old when the Celtics won their last championship and I remember how my dad would always say, they win because they have a lot of heart. This team never gave up even though the media doubted them... the "so called experts" said they had no chance. The Lakers didn't stand a chance.

Like I always tell my family and friends - It's different to be a Celtic fan.

The Boston Celtics won the 2008 NBA Championship, their 17th title, by beating the Los Angeles Lakers by 39 points in Boston Garden.

Can you believe it?  Those words are just so beautiful!  If you dreamed it, you couldn’t dream it better!!!

This was by far one of the best days of my life. The last time the Celtics won the NBA Championship, I wasn't even thought of yet. I can't believe it is finally happening, I've been waiting my entire life. I'm in somewhat shock as I still haven't taken this whole thing in yet.

GO CELTICS!!!!!!!
