Hope PP can get some rest. He played the whole game and we come up with a L. KG better apologize to him.
And why didn't we have a PG bringing the ball up at the end of the game?
Peace through Tyranny

I'm beyond p---ed right now.  This was yet another game we should've won.  As sloppy and crappy as we played, we still should've won it.

KG, as good as defense as he's playing, he needs to show up offensely next game.  He needs to play smart, not get in foul trouble, and learn to make clutch free throws.

The Celtics also need to knock it off with this starting slow in the first quarter.

eh, way to waste a nice game by the captain.

Well, enjoy it LA. If you haven't already left early to beat the traffic.

Bryant's steal could have gone either way. Definitely contact, but also careless ball handling by Pierce. The way we played tonight, we did not deserve to win. Hopefully the home crowd can help them pick up the intensity on Tuesday.

The goal was to win 1 in LA. Goal accomplished, although we wanted more.

Great effort. Great Pierce. Not enough though.

Terrible officiating. That "steal" by Kobe... he doesn't even touch the ball. KG was fouled on that tip in.

This is definitely a game we could have won, but it'll be okay.  We have definitely proven that we are the better team at this point, and we have two home games to prove it.  I don't take anything away from this game other than we finally lost a good close game at the end in this series. Finish it off Tuesday night.

Oh well, that no call reach-in by Kobe on Paul B.S. steal was the turning point, IMO...

Yep, our fuol shooting hurt us, but no finger pointing needed as everyone knows where they can pick it up...

Back to home court for a better played game 6, FTW...

Nice steal by Kobe. The funny thing all he touched was Paul Pierce. He didn't even have a finger on that ball. Then I'd also like to thank KG for not showing up tonight. Misses free throws and an easy tip.

And jeez that Laker crowd is weak, man.

Oh well, go back to Boston, get some rest, and then on Tuesday we'll win. The Lakers just aren't that good and the officials won't let Boston get absolutely hacked in the paint on Tuesday.

Lakers has 5 guys in double figures, swung the ball enough to get some shots. Odom woke up and played. Cs lived and died with PP. LA had Ray tied up and the Cs werent swinging the ball. Tony might have helped in the 2nd but didnt come back in. Seeing as how the Lakers dont guard well on the drive that may have been a mistake. Back to Beantown.

ps Mamba reached on the steal.

We probably win this one if for the 2nd game in a row the team came out flat. They better not do that at home. It's really annoying. Not letting the Lakers have that much momentum at the beginning and also not having to use up energy coming back would be helpful. Well, they will be at home they probably won't do that again hopefully.

I highly doubt they come out flat at home when they can win a chip there. The hometown Boston crowd is gonna be there to urge them on to a win, so it'd actually be hard to come out flat, i think.

I tuned on to the game at 4:07 when House was bleeding in the 3rd quarter, as I was out most of the day.

Anyways, I thought the Celtics looked wasted and tired, even during that improbable 14 point deficit run that wouldn't have happened against teams like Detroit.

Sad to say, I'm disappointed that they allowed another huge 1st quarter for the L's. I know that won't happen at home, at least I don't expect it to.
