If Doc starts Powe and Rondo in the second half, I'm going to lose my new found respect for the guy.

Great quarter, especially from Pierce. We're in good position right now. Gotta keep it up.

I'm not gonna whine about the refS, but Bavetta is terrible. He's gotta be next to legally blind.

21-4-4 with one turnover at the half!  If this game continues like this and they pull it out, this is his third monster closeout game this postseason.  34 goes to the rafters tonight!
We're the ones we've been waiting for.

Is this gonna be one of Pierce's signature "close out the series" games?  He certainly looks like he's ready to carry the load tonight if he has to.

Wow Gasol is getting fouled on almost every rebound by PJ Brown. The refs haven't called it once.

Yeah and they have'nt even called one on Gasol for a push in the back...Which is his patented move he has no legs

Down 3 with KG on the bench that long I like our chances

Leon has to get back in this game at some point we are letting soft rebounders beat us on the boards
See, this is why I'm not allowed to announce NBA games -- I'd be talking in the Cookie Monster voice right now:

I feel cautiously optimistic about this one. To make another run like that and with KG not playing because of fouls. If he can come in a play well again and Boston keeps it up then I think we have a strong chance at this one. Just got to rattle Kobe's help because I don't think they can handle it and Kobe can't win it on his own. How about TA coming in and playing ok? Never say that one coming.

Look, Ronodo might be our guy in the future, but he is absolutely useless right now. You can't play 4 on 5 all night. He actually turned down an uncontested lay up!  Please, start House, Doc.

Get the ball to Paul! Pierce is just so good at creating offense ... and I love how frustrated Kobe gets when Pierce is guarding him ... I've never seen anyone stifle Bryant as effectively, consistently, and thoroughly ... and it's so sweet watch! Kobe just can NOT handle the Truth!

Here's an observation that has conspiracy written all over it....

Has anyone else noticed that all 3 games in LA, the Celts have been slipping repeatedly on what must be slippery spots on the court, while the Fakers haven't had a similar slip yet, in my memory.

Maybe some "secret spray" applied to their sneakers?

Hmmmmmmmmmm........... :o

Well I think if we don't let Tony Allen bring the ball upcourt in the third we can go on our trademarked third quarter run.

Seriously, we give Eddie a lot of crap about not being able to bring it up court, but Tony almost lost it about three times. There's no excuse for a guard in the NBA that can't dribble a ball.

Only 24 more minutes with a pi**ed off Garnett. I really like our chances after being down by 19 points!
