I am a Vujacic fan.  I think he would be a great fit for our team.  He plays with a lot of energy and heart, and if you suround him with mature players, rather than the children on the Lakers, you could really use that.

I also like Walton, Turiaf, Farmar and Fisher.

I honestly think the C's should make a run at Vujacic though, who is a RFA this summer.

Jiri Welsch was clumsy, weak and surprisingly couldn't shoot that well.  And I hated his face.

There's lots of guys on the Lakers that I like.

I'm definitely in the pro-Vujacic camp. Ariza has got lots of talent, if he can get a jump shot he'll be an incredible role player. I've like Ariza since his freshman year in UCLA, I couldn't believe he fell to the second round. Great draft choice by Isiah. Turiaf is a solid role player but I'm not wild about him, he doesn't rebound well enough and doesn't make anywhere near enough use of his abilities. Still as a fourth big in the rotation I'd happily have him on my team. Derek Fisher is a player I have a lot of respect for. He'd be a great backup for Rondo and a solid starter on several teams around the league. Pau Gasol is another player I like, he's a good player. Ira Newble is a decent end of bench player but not a rotation player.

I'm not sold on Farmer. I think he's overrated. I'd have him on my team but I wouldn't be delighted about it. I'd be just as happy with Eddie House or several other backups. He has a long way to go and I'm not convinced he makes it.

Luke Walton is a player that wrecks my head. Radmanovic is a player I love ... from a distance ... I wouldn't want him on the Celtics. He's a selfish punk that never made enough use of his talent. Still when he shows off some of those skills it can be a beautiful sight. Similar issues with Lamar Odom. DJ Mbenga shouldn't be in the league. Chris Mihm is another I don't like, his lack of mobility has become too costly as the league has changed over the past five years.

If Kobe had pride and loyalty I would consider him.

He's not worthy to wear a Celtic's jersey.

I like Sasha because he's the only one on the Lakers that seem to not take Kobe mess.  Kobe yells at the kid and he takes it and still plays HIS game.  I'll talk a player like that any time because it shows he has heart and isn't going to be punk by anyone.  Plus he's not scared to take big shots.

The only one I would really want is Farmar, to back up Rondo.

Without a doubt, I'd take Fisher as our backup pg. The guy is as clutch as Posey.

Who said we want Kobe?   This guy is the most arrogant player I have ever known.  I think I would take Fisher and Bynum.

Ariza would be the most available and who would fit into our system being a very decent defensive player, if he comes back fully from his injury, which I don't think he has yet.

I would definitely take fisher and bynum
I absolutely HATE Vujacic and farmar, but I think I would take them if they wanted to come to the C's, they are the kind of palyer that you love when they play for you, but hate if they play for the other side.
I would not take kobe or gasol, gasol has no heart and dissapears during crunch time. it is not a coincidence that his playoff record was 0-8 (or soemthing like that) before going to the lakers.
Maybe I would take Lamar Odom, if he would take a lower salary. he would be a quality bench player.

I agree with you here, but it would be later on,because he is not going to accept a backup roll now.But i see where you going with this.

Kobe - no, never. He is the antithesis of everything that Celtic Pride, tradition and basketball is all about. There's a reason he is a Laker. He can go hang with that other fabulous team player named Chamberlain. They deserve each other.

Odom - I like magical disappearing acts but not from my basketball players. I don't think so.

Gasol - he's so soft he should be selling Charmin. Nope.

Fisher - in Sam Cassell I've seen what late thirties point guards bring to the table. I don't think I want to see it again.

Radmonovic - is he really 6'10" because I think Spud Webb played in the paint better than he did. If I wanted slow, unathletic, tall 3 point shooters who couldn't play in the paint I would have told Danny not to trade Raef LaFrentz.

Bynum - yes if he's not hurt, but he is and there's no guarantee he comes back as good as he was when he went down so no.

Vujacic - a guy that can't beat up a chair nevermind play physical defense is not a guy I want on my team.

Mihm - he was here once and I was glad to see him go the first time.

Ariza - maybe, and that's a big maybe.

Turiaf - I already have a much better version of Turiaf on the Celtics. His name is Leon Powe.

Farmar - a dime a dozen back up point guard that shoots threes. Well we'll never find one of those because there's just so few of them in this league. No thanks.

I guess the Lakers can keep them all. I'm good with the team I have.

You gotta be kidding me. Sascha is like an Euro-Kobe minus the talent. And I don't mean this as a compliment. He whines, throws his hands in the air, rolls his eyes, and jumps around on every call that goes against him, good or bad. It is beyond annoying to watch.

As far as his skill set is concerned, he is painfully mediocre at this point -- a three-point shooting specialist, one of those that come a dime a dozen. And he doesn't really have any intangibles to set him above the crowd.

How about a trade...the Celtics Cheerleaders for the Lakers Cheerleaders? That is about all I would want from the Lakers right now..maybe Bynum in a few years..I definitely would not want Mr. Softee(and yes, that could fit a bunch of their players)

I see what you saying, with KG,Pierce,Ray,Posey, and the organization's ways,it would be a good influence on Sasha in the ways he is not getting with the Lakers, at the same time, his skills on the court could deepen our bench with some three pt. shooting, passion and energy.I never thought about him but you have got something there. The Celts organization would give him a new prospective/outlook on the game.He does have a lot of passion, something that we could use at times.TP fo you .
