.Imagine a xCeltic player,xCeltic coach, and Mike Gorman calling the games at the national level...

Uh, remember Tommy Heinson in the '80s?  Calling the Finals games, with the CELTICS playing?
the_Bird,im saying all three together. It would be the same thing as we see here,Breen is a NY announcer,Van Gundy x Knick coach,Jackson x Knick player.

  • You ain't the boss of the freakin' bedclothes.
Mike Breen nearly drove me up a wall last night.

Its mid-way through the third...and Breen utters these words "You know, if the Celtics came back to win, it would be the biggest comeback in NBA finals history"

Shut up Mike! Shut up! Shut your Mouth!

... we get closer

"You know, if the Celtics continue to come back, we might be witness to the greatest comeback in Finals history"

Shut your pie hole Breen (furiously knocking on wood) Shut upppp!

This continued throughout the fourth quarter. Mike Breen knew we might win so he was trying to put a hex on us. JVG and Jackson didn't mention it once that I remember until the game was in hand...Breen mentioned it when we were down 15, and 13, and 11, and 8, and 5, and 3, and 2 and 1 and up 1 and up 2 and up 3....ugh. Guy nearly gave me a heart attack.

like that is always lethal." - Evan 'The God' Turner

Yeah, Breen wasn't great last night but Van Gundy's "Well, I guess I change my mind and it's going 2-2" and when Breen told Jeff there was still tons of time left his" yeah they're up 17, I'll take that anytime" comments may go down along with John Madden's "The Patriots are making a huge mistake trying to take this down the field with a young, unproven QB." comment as the dumbest color anylist comments in the history of sports.

My favorite _broadcasting_ moment of last night was when they cut back from commercial to a picture of the three announcers and JVG was making a face and pointing at the court trying to tell the cameraman the game was on.

At the end of the game, did anyone else see someone grab Posey by the uniform on the way out of the building? Does anyone know who that was?

Did they suddenly change expert picks? Or are they cheating. Last time I checked they all tipped for Lakers, or these are other "experts"?

This should have been in ESPN thread, sorry I missed it
