No really... what's the use of the sleeve? Does it help keep your arm form correct?
Don't know what Ray's using it for, but it's normally used to increase blood circulation, very often in patients with diabetes, heart disease, kidney ailments, peripheral artery disease, amputations, low & high blood pressure, and even carpal tunnel syndrome, (among others).
