Even after that KG dunk, I have a bad feeling that we're in for a heartbreaker tonight kids

why are you a pessimist every single night?

nothing against you, but there's no room for that in this thread.

It's a New England thing.  Always have to expect to have the rug pulled out from underneath you.  I thought the Red Sox and Patriots championships had cured that, but I guess not.

yeah i know, but there's only so much people can take it drags on and gets people down.

let's get to half time close to them, because doc can talk some sense into them.

Bad reffing + turnovers + foolish decisions = down by 3.

Detroit's literally had a wide open look every time down the court this quarter.  Where's that great regular season defense?  Especially at home, not the time to lose their edge.
"Take this down," said O'Neal. "My name is Shaquille O'Neal and Paul Pierce is the (expletive) truth. Quote me on that and don't take nothing out. I knew he could play, but I didn't know he could play like this. Paul Pierce is the truth."

Lot of great signs from the Celtics tonight. They just need to put all the pieces together a bit better, then they'll have a big run and take control of the game.

Jackson could write a freakin 1000 page novel with all the body language he reads during a basketball game.

There's some good basketball from the boys right there.  Just the fact that Ray is taking that shot shows that he feeling a little better.  Now let's finally put a string together, hit a few in a row like he did at the end of Game 2.
