Ray Allen = Worthless

At the moment, yeah.  But at least he just took it to the hoop.

Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

Does Ray remind anybody else of Glen Rice circa 2000 with the Lakers?

One of the guys I know brought up that exact analogy, and it seems to fit.  However, I think Ray has more left in the tank than Rice did.  He's definitely a better all-around athlete, as that last drive showed.

What's with the "moving screen" calls whenever we close the lead?  :'(

I love how this team can sleepwalk and only be down by 3 at the half. Sweet!

Excellent half.

We have a very good chance of stealing this one.

Wow.  We are *very* fortunate to only be down by four.  We're winning this game.

Excellent half.

I wouldn't go that far.  That half wasn't even close to excellent.

Why the subbing in at the end of the half? Cost us a point. Course TA should have had that rebound.

All in all, being down 4 isn't too bad and we did win the 2nd Q by 1.

Bahh Doc just cost us a point.  :P

Why are we banking on Rondo's free throw counting as a three point play and us only being down 3?  He's not the most stellar at the line.

All in all we must be happy with the end of that half.  We played like a bunch of chumps, the Pistons came out on fire, and we're right there.  We "won" game 3 on the road.  We are in a position to "steal" one here tonight.  Let's have a big third quarter like we have so many times this season.
"Take this down," said O'Neal. "My name is Shaquille O'Neal and Paul Pierce is the (expletive) truth. Quote me on that and don't take nothing out. I knew he could play, but I didn't know he could play like this. Paul Pierce is the truth."
