One thing I liked when Cassell came in was that he stopped the "bullying of the ball handler" crap. Rip was being overly aggressive, Cassell gave him a huge bump... Hunter was being aggessive with his hands, Cassell made him pay by forcing the foul.  Those two little things I think helped change the attitude a bit.
