A little surprised JB's available and not suspended for a game after that outburst

Considering the general NBA take was that ejecting him was ridiculous in and of itself, a subsequent suspension would not have been a good PR move.

At the risk of relitigating something from the previous game thread . . . A suspension might be too much, but I think he earned that ejection.  Doesn't even seem like a close call to me.  He was out of control and didn't even heed warnings from his teammates to step back.  He probably cost the team the game, but it was unprofessional behavior irrespective of that.

I?m not 100% sure.  He was still angry after the first T but it?s hard to know if he might have settled if the 2nd T hadn?t been called. The second T was a pretty quick call. Jaylen very well may have settled if they?d given him 15 seconds.  But once the second T was called, he was scary angry.  Pushing Hauser and others who tried to constrain him showed how borderline under control he was.

Anyone see Eddie House clap back at the studio team for trying to silence him? They were talking about the Jaylen brown ejection and he was defending brown and got upset about how they tried to cut him off and get him to stop. I love that he stood his ground. I respect Eddie House?s opinion way more than those chuckleheads. It was awkward but these moments shape character. Don?t interrupt actual players/coaches!

Who was interrupting him? Giles? Forsberg? Kayla?

Never mind I went back watched it it was a nothingburger...he was just debating Michael Holley and decided to use Kayla as an example saying "imagine if Kayla just wanted me to stop talking and cut me off the air right now when I'm not talking to her, I'm taking to you, that's what that other ref did to Jaylen". Didn't look like a big deal at all, I don't think anyone was silencing him...that said, Holley is definitely of the opinion that Jaylen brought the ejection on himself and Eddie is saying no, the other ref should have let the main ref make the call since he was the one being spoken to. You could make a case for either outcome but bottom line is that Jaylen ultimately controlled whether he got tossed or not, all he had to do was stop talking after the first T. But as Eddie said, what's done is done, move on  :police:
