Yeah, it's a pretty low cost for a guy that brings a lot of floor stretching.

His eFG% this season is .692 and he's shooting 91% on FTs.

it's like the rest of the league rolls over and gives the Lakers whoever they want for pennies on the dollar

From the reports I have read, teams have moved on from making trade offers for Giannis. The Bucks are hoping luck in the draft lottery will help convince Giannis to stay.

Basically, Atlanta gets the better draft pick between New Orleans or Milwaukee in the upcoming draft. If New Orleans ended up with the 1st pick & Milwaukee ended up with a top 5 pick, the Bucks could flip it for an established star.

  • Sometimes there's no sane reason for optimism
The knock on Kennard is that he only takes incredibly wide open 3s. He?s obviously a good shooter, but he can be very frustrating. He?s no Hauser, that?s for sure.

Still, for only a distant 2nd, a useless player, and being able to save $500K, it?s definitely worth the swing

Not to mention with the gravity that Doncic and LeBron provide, very wide open threes are not that hard to come by in LA.

I think that makes sense.  Giannis is a monster that should bring a big return.

Of course, now I'm 100% certain that this summer he will end up on the Lakers.
