Is Minot dressed tonight? Where's he been?

Hopefully stapled the bench. He is a G leaguer at best.
That's a rather harsh judgement on a 22 year old kid who's hardly been given a chance to play. He looked very good in pre season.

He's not any good. He was a cheap body Brad brought in. Lots of guys look good in preseason and we never hear from them again. He looked lost in game one.

Queta putting his ass on KAT on the glass.  Good.

Surprised to see Hauser launch one from 30, didn't think he really had the confidence from all the way out there, but I'll certainly take the result.

Guys I would keep for next season:

JT
Brown
PP
Hugo
Boucher
White

Everyone else can go. Walsh, Baylor, Minott, Garza, Queta, Hauser. Get rid of them all. Trade Simons at the deadline for whatever.

Go out and bring in guys that are actually NBA players. Get a lottery pick.
2 games in and sweeping predictions rain down upon the threads. i must be in celticsstrong.  ;D

You think this is a good roster? They can't defend and they can't rebound. I would be highly disappointed if this was the roster next year.

Another 42 point quarter and the Knicks got every call....ZERO Rebounds we stink.
Larry Bird was Greater than you think.

he has looked like an nba player in preseason, not a star but better than just a g leaguer. plus he can play defense.
My point exactly. Joe went with PP, White and Simons down the stretch vs Philly - and Philly scored 42 points in the quarter.

Don't think Minott would have made one bit of difference. We are talking about Minott not Jrue Holiday here.

your second statement i understand and you have a basic point. but your first one i still disagree with.

Maybe Joe should go double big with his starters. Queta/Boucher plus Jaylen, DWhite, and Simons. PP and Sam as your bench scorers?

it's what he should have done beginning with game 1.

I think Hugo needs to get more minutes. He at least competes defensively. The rest of the team kind of said f--k it - we've already lost.

Getting Hugo reps should be a big priority this year. He is raw but clearly has talent and is the best young prospect we have.

have to say I really hate the game on Prime.  unable to pause or rewind the game.  sucks

I might be saying something everyone knew (but me before tonight), but getting Prime on my laptop is a much better experience than through TV. And can pause and rewind.

Well, I take it back.  Now on my laptop I can't get sound or video - just captioning.  Back to cable. What a pain.
