Flagg has scored 30+ pts in 4 consecutive games.

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

Hornets up 20 on the Rockets.  :laugh:

Houstin struggling a bit. They've played .500 ball (10-9 in last 19) for the last quarter of the season.

I haven't been following the Rockets.

I was curious how Reed Sheppard was doing since his start. Looks like he has cooled off considerably. He had a hot month in November but since then his shooting has fallen off.

Nov = 13gms 26mpg 15ppg 53% FG 47.5% 3PT 67% TS
Dec = 13gms 26mpg 13ppg 41% FG 39% 3PT 55% TS
Jan = 17gms 23mpg 11ppg 38.5% FG 33% 3PT 48% TS

Reed's TS% is now down to 54.5% for the season after being well above 60% early in the season.

What is nice in his stat line is his STL:TOV ratio. 1.4 steals per game to 1.2 turnovers. He creates more possessions for his team than he gives away. Add in blocks at 0.6bpg and you have 2 stocks per game vs 1.2 turnovers. That is great for a small guard.

3 assists to 1.2 turnovers. 2.5:1.0 AST:TOV ratio.
