I love the Celtics. They need it right now. We all can Take a few weeks to get past this and even start thinking about next year seriously.

Appreciate them for last year. This year a lot of self inflicted wounds.

This series they were arrogant to start. Never took the Knicks seriously until it was too late. Then got humbled in the end.

A break from the Cs will do us all good.

Maybe they will hang a "We Finally Won A Second Round Series" in that dump of an arena they play in

Their fans were all Nets fans a few years back.

When was the last time? 2000? ECF loss to the Pacers.

They blamed Pat Ewing and shipped him out that summer. Never got back to the ECF until know.

It is amazing how the "stars" in the crowd were all Laker fans a few weeks ago. What a POS fan base.

This team had issues that surfaced throughout the year. Porzingis was always a tease even last year he missed most of the playoffs. Can?t count on that guy. They need to use next year as a gap year.  Retool and reload in 27.

Well, that's a wrap. Intrigued and nervous at how this offseason is going to go and hopeful that Tatum will make fantastic progress from his injury and be able to return late next season. That championship last year means everything. Thanks for entertaining me in the game threads everybody!

Realistically we weren't gonna make a deep run anyways with Porzingis basically useless out there and Tatum out. Still no excuse to go down 3-1 to this Knicks team, but it clearly wasn't meant to be this year. Lot of stuff went right last year. Not this year. A shame.

That in no way shape or form excuses blowing back to back 20 point leads at home to an inferior team. That?s not injuries not luck or any other excuse .

Did you actually read what I said?? Read it again if not.

Yes. Your premise is wrong. We had plenty enough to get by this team. Stop letting this coach and team off the hook.

Wondering how many walk-offs they can lose in a season. They are so close, yet so far away (cue Hall and Oates). Disappointing, but there's more hope for the future with this team compared to the last few years

I said there's no excuse to be down 3-1 to this team, and that this year just wasn't meant to be. We would get smoked in the next round anyways with KP + Tatum out. Lot of stuff went right last year, not this year. That's facts.

I have a lot of NY friends, from college and even just in general. So yeah, not having fun lol. But I am happy for some of them who are actually emotional, they really needed it after 25 years

But anyways. Pacers in 5.
