I'm convinced at this point that we'll end up going to NYC and smoke them when hitting everything. For whatever reason, this team just seems to play better on the road than at home. Crazy that we're shooting so bad on these wide open shots.

Tatum has 2 more points than all of us on this board tonight.

Second half is pretty much the season. 0-2 hole going to be very tough to crawl out of esp with the funk this team is in.

The laptop is still alive, for now. Come out giving up a 8-0 run or something and it's definitely out the window

Frustrating half at times but I'll take another like it.

I think we need to do a better job of getting KAT in space and attacking his immobile ass.  Even without KP we should have the personnel to do it.

Wouldn't hurt my feelings if JT knocked a few shots down either.

Both KAT and Brunson.  I thought Joe and co. would have a better plan to exploit this because both of them statistically are at the bottom defensively for their positions.

This is why game 1 made me so upset.  And I don't think we've done a good job exploiting the Knicks so far this game.  Despite this we've generated great looks offensively.  We're just missing wide open 3's and blowing layups.

It's kind of strange to see us going away from the supposed "killer whale" offense that makes a living attacking the weak link on the other team.  JB does it some in the post but nobody else is really even trying to hunt mismatches right now.

I agree.  Part of it is coaching, but a lot of it seems to be Tatum shrinking.  As great as he is he doesn't have a killer's attitude.  He should be aggressive, running PnR, getting mismatches and going to work.  The fact that he has 0 free throws shows that he's being abnormally passive.  He's shooting difficult fadeaways when he should be going to the rim.

We are missing KP badly. He was key in creating those mismatches. He scored a ton when shorter guys switched on him in JT pick and rolls. He was also a legit 3pt guy which made the lane much easier to penetrate for guys like JT and JB. We need him badly against this big NY team.

I mean I guess if there's one team who can win 4 straight after starting a series 0-2 it's probably this team. But this is such a Jekyll and Hyde team.

Knicks keep hanging around and Tatum doesn?t wake up on offense this feels like the Knicks will steal this game as well.
