Man these guys are fun to watch when they are practicing for the playoffs.  How about Luke 13pts,14reb,3assists and 0 turnovers.

At least we gave a homecourt audience a couple of solid wins.

Has Brown just played in the 1st half ? Did he exit with any sort of injury or just limited minutes ?
Joe needs to alternate rest games for Brown and Tatum for these last few.
I like the way they are keeping Porzingis (mostly) bubble wrapped on the sideline.
The Four Celtic Generals:
Russell - Cowens - Bird - Garnett

The Four Celtic Lieutenants:
Cousy - Havlicek - McHale - Pierce

JB got his needed 22 minutes, left in the 3rd.

Great play by Queta.

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

Drew and Scal with some slightly excessive love for Luke - I?m not saying he hasn?t been impressive and light years beyond what most here expected a couple of years ago.  In fact, I?ll go as far as saying I?d rather have Luke than Rob.  It?s a no-brainer given Rob?s propensity for injury, but even without that Luke is doing some of what Rob provided defensively, but a lot more offensively and on the glass, especially the O-glass.

Luke wont look as impressive against teams with skill and size in the frontcourt (Cleveland and OKC for example) but you have to love how he?s developed.

Luke absolutely should get some love in Most Improved Player selection.

I cannot identify with that type of thinking - playing time decisions should be about giving us the best chance at the next title, period.
If we were a losing, lottery team, I might understand, but this team, right now is all about capitalizing on the prime years of our core.
Brown has made statements about conducting himself in the spirit of the past great Celtics - acquiring minutes to win an award and more money when you are nursing an injury is not what Celtics tradition is about.

TPs to all you people who stuck around in the game thread....Good win Celtics.   Lets just win all 4 remaining games and get to 62-20.

Is it my bad calculations, or do we still have an extremely narrow chance to win the East?  C's 4 back of the Cavs.  Cleveland 4 games left all against playoff teams.  Celtics two games against playoff teams, and two against Charlotte.

If the Celtics win out, and the Cavs loose out, they would be tied at 62-20.  Tie breaker would go to best conf record, that would be the C's at 40-12, Cavs would be at 39-13.   Probably not going to happen I know.  Just kind of interesting.   C's have been playing better on the road this year, but if we went to 7 games with the Cavs to get to the finals, wouldn't we rather have the home crowd?
