I?m not aware of who appears to be front-runners for most improved player, but I hope Luke Kornet at least gets a little love for that award. We know he surprised many here with his unexpected competence as a third string 5 last year, but he has steadily grown over the course of this year to the point where he?s influencing games. A testament to ongoing effort, in the same way we credit PP. Luke likely will struggle handling stints v quality bigs if we get to Cleveland or OKC, but he?s gone from a somewhat hold your breath while he?s in, to guy your sometimes pretty glad to see on the floor. Kudos to him and the coaching staff.
