DW might have had 50 but somebody shut the faucet off from three, lol.

Great short-handed win.  DW and PP were special.  I also thought JB played better than he shot, if that makes sense.  I liked a lot of what he did and I liked the shots he was taking.  He just couldn't throw it in the ocean if he was sitting in a boat.

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

Sucks that Hauser left the game to injury, but that's why I assume we got Craig. He can fill in

I love this 40pt duo record. Now juat need the win.

Was hoping one of them would break Smart?s record but it?s ok. What a shooting display!

Agreed. I remember a poster on another board bragged about Smart's 3pt shooting prowess by referencing that record. 😆

Was it Smart?

What a weird looking box score.
Very cool stuff having White and Pritchard each scoring 40.
The question may have been brought up, but how many other Celtic duos have scored 40 in the same game ?

Bird & McHale ?
Pierce and Walker ?
Brown and Tatum ?
Russell and Heinhson ?
Havlicek and Sam ?
Havlicek and JoJo ?
The Four Celtic Generals:
Russell - Cowens - Bird - Garnett

The Four Celtic Lieutenants:
Cousy - Havlicek - McHale - Pierce

Never happened.  White and Pritchard are the first to score 40 in the same game in Celtics history.

Someday that becomes a pretty good trivia question.
