Cam Robinson is almost a must now as a FA LT, if they want to stick to their, not needing to draft for need statement.

I've seen projections where he gets approximately 3 years, 55M with 35M guaranteed. No-brainer to me. Immediate solution at LT and not at a very premium price. If you need to up it to 60M+ no problem, we have the cap space. No excuses.

Stanley will likely stay in Baltimore but his price is probably around 23-25M a year.

We don't even need a pro bowler. This team is so thin on talent that just getting some league average starters in there will be a huge upgrade.

I think BB had the right idea generally about long-term team-building. Avoid killing your cap with flashy free agents and get solid undervalued pros instead. Occasionally splurge on a position of need.

Use the draft to get a supply of cheap impact players. We need to hit on some of those picks sooner rather than later if we're going to establish an identity as a team. Because right now our identity is getting boatraced in every phase of the game.

Bingo.

NFL free agency is the sugar high.  You don't need to necessarily go big this time of year.   You look for the bargains in free agency, build thru the draft, and trade if you see value.  Everyone wants the big splash but NFL history is littered with free agency overpays. Nothing is more crippling outside possibly busting on a QB high in the draft.

DK Metcalf officially has requested a trade.

I think he lands in Green Bay or Las Vegas

I would not be upset if he ended up on the Patriots.

DK would!

It?s not a desirable place: Potential trade candidate DK Metcalf doesn?t envision himself in Massachusetts

He's asked to be traded to a contending team. Eagles, Chiefs, Ravens, Bills, Commanders, Lions are 'contending' teams for starters...

The Athletic?s Dianna Russini on Thursday reported the Seahawks are seeking a first-round pick and a third-round selection in a potential blockbuster. And Metcalf, who can become a free agent after the 2025 season, reportedly wants a new contract with an average annual value of ?around $30 million.?

Too much if that is the case but Deebo Samuel went for a 5th round pick so I am not sure how realistic this asking price is.  Couldn't Metcalf just opt out and become a free agent?  His contract for 2025 is $18M but with proration costs for a cap hit of $31M.  I am not sure how the timing works.  When does he need to decide on opting out of the current contract?  By June 1st?  And if he is traded before that, I guess he expects the new team to offer him a new contract.

They aren't gonna get that. Best case IMO, they'll get a 2nd round pick and maybe a future 3rd or 4th.

The Bengals have granted permission to Trey Hendrickson to seek a trade. I've got to think that he's looking for Max Crosby money.

Im a huge bengals fan & this comes as no surprise..u just can?t pay tee, Chase, Trey & burrow around 160 million a year, kills ur whole team on getting other players

How are the Bengals actually planning to fix the defense? Just draft and pray? That was their biggest issue but all I'm hearing is they are trying hard to bring back Higgins and potentially Hendrickson (two guys who were already on the team last year).
