He's had several possessions tonight where he was the last player up the court in transition.  Not even always complaining to the ref either - he's just playing with low effort tonight.

100% agree.  Although by complaining to the ref after getting stopped by Garland, his complaining to the ref led him to not get back in transition, leading to a Garland 3.

Joe should call him out for his lack of effort.
