A few thoughts:
With the exception of Knecht - who looks like he can play in the league offensively right now - there was a notable contrast between the guys with pro level experience and those without. And other than Queta - who got tons of easy looks because either our guys found him or the Lakers couldn't defend - no one really stood out.
I thought Peterson was decent. Right now, he's ahead of Scheierman because he's got a better feel for how the Celtics play - and he's a pretty decent 3 pt shooter (maybe another diamond in rough found by Brad). Davison had a quiet, but solid game. Made a couple of 3's, ran the offense well and made the right decisions. Walsh was OK (as compared to terrible in G1). Ramsey and Tillie had their moments as did Schierman. Those included some nice passes and a dive over the first row on fans trying to save a loose ball - and he popped right back up. Kid was obviously a football player in the past.
I agree with those who say Bronny isn't a pro player. He's not at this point. Does nothing to stand out and he's only 6'2. There are a million guys like him who never make it and we've certainly had our share. It was interesting to hear the announcers make excuses for him. I'm not sure he's even a G League player at this point.
Speaking of which, Ron Harper Jr is apparently getting a camp invite. He's in a similar position to Bronny, except that he's had some success at the college level. With all these new guys, they'll have to put in the work and we'll see how they develop. None - including Scheirman will step in and contribute this season, I don't think.
