You know, I remember someone saying after the Jrue trade that we shouldn't expect much out of him offensively in the playoffs, but he'll win us one or two playoff games with a 25 point explosion and the trade will be worth it.

I think this is one of those games. Excellent response by him after a lackluster playoffs thus far. Though I do wish he had a quicker trigger on those corner threes. He's had several opportunities to shoot them off the pass, but hesitated and drove it or passed it away instead. Hopefully he's not in his own head.

This half will determine the course of this team’s future. Really cannot get down 2-1 with another game in Cleveland

agreed. this is  a must win for many reasons

  • "He fiddles...and diddles..."
Pritchard was wide open in the corner…
That one really hurt

That was a shot PP has to make.
I’m talking about the fast break where somebody didn’t pass to PP wide open in the corner.

ok that one too lol

Oops, I meant the missed 3 in the corner.
Yeah that was disappointing too but he won’t hit them all. I bet PP goes off in the 2nd half.

Sam is shooting 66% and is plus 10 in 10 minutes. What more do you want from the 7th man?

Have to think Mitchell doesn’t make as many 3s this half. Have to hope no one else gets hot

Love that ATO and Tatum's aggressiveness to start the half! Set the tone!

Cavs offensive talent

D Mitchell = obviously spectacular
D Garland = All-Star talent offensively

LeVert = Mediocre bench creator
Mobley = unreliable, no go-to moves, limited shot

Strus = catch and shoot player
Okoro = spot up shooter
Dean Wade = dodgy spot up shooter

M Morris = over the hill, more likely to hurt his own team's offense than our defense
T Thompson = garbage man

They have very little offensive talent on this team.

Stating the obvious but how the 3rd quarter begins will tell us a lot. C's dominated Game 1 but the Cavs came out on a huge run in Game 2 after it was tied at halftime.

Boom, 6-0 run!

Notice the pace - so much faster and more direct than last game where we were slow and lolligagging. Love it. Keep it fast, guys!
