What does everyone think about the refs retroactively taking away the three point shot from Cam Thomas due to stepping out of bounds (ala Max Strus' three from 2022 ECF Game 7)?

Honestly? I'm not a fan of it. If they don't catch it in real time or actively have it challenged, why should they retroactively change it because Secaucus saw it on review? And if so, while is it just arbitrarily out of bounds calls and not travels, fouls, defensive/offensive three seconds, etc.?

It's similar to when they review 3-point shots for a foot on the line to change them to 2-pointers at the first game stoppage. I don't have a problem with it honestly. Refs are human so they're fallible. We have all this technology at our fingertips, we might as well use it as long as it's review within a reasonable timeframe.

Mikal Bridges isn't the same level of defender he was for a few years there in Phoenix.  Effort and focus have fallen pretty significantly on that end.

He's the #1 option on this team so he doesn't have as much energy to expend on that end.

Brooklyn is a true #1 away from being a good team.

Looks like the usual low minutes for the bench. When is Joe going to realize it is a bad idea to play your starters into the ground before the playoffs ? Plus the bench guys need minutes to develop. Not seeing Tillman even listed on the roster yet ?

I'm fine with it.  I'd rather the calls be accurate.  It's not too different than when they review whether a player beat the shot clock or not during a time out.  They'll deduct the points if the player didn't get it off in time, but they counted it during actual game play.

just tuning in, how have we looked ?
Are Celts playing well or is Brooklyn just bad and we happen to be hitting 3's this particular game ?
The Nets are not very good.
