Bump the Joe thread, haha.

It's his ridiculous offensive philosophy that gets us in these messes in the first place. When "no three is a bad three", you end up with nights like tonight where we shoot ourselves to a loss because we want to play lazy and not the right way.

I just don't see this as a championship level offensive philosophy when you don't have a Curry, Thompson, etc. to make it work. It's one thing to be a high three point shooting team that Brad and Ime had the C's at, but Joe has taken it to an extreme level that's just non-sensical.

Big game means JT and JB wilt. 2 missed FT from Brown, Tatum a stupid 1 on 3.

The volume 3 offense is going to be the end of the Celtics.

I feel a 3 or 4 game losing streak coming.

Good news is- they lost for the first time at home this season so that relieves some pressure. Rather it be them than the Lakers inflicting that first loss.

Bad news? It's January and they're due for a cooler. Those 3-4 game losing streaks. We got a lot of home dates coming up as well.

Bye to our 73-9 hopes this season!

Even the ESPN crew railing the decision-making and shot selection of the C's.

Terrible ATOs down the stretch, too. Just a downright disappointing failure of a game.

Murray with 35pts, Jokic had 34pts. Tatum with 22pts, Brown had 13pts… Not good enough.

if we want to beat Denver, we have to figure out how to guard Murray in the PnR, he can't be scoring 30-35, we won't win.  joker sets some tough (maybe illegal at times) screens.   we didn't stay connected enough to Murray and he just got more and more confidence as the game went on.   and we need to practice that zone more before we bust it out in a game as well.  that was terrible at the time.

Unfortunately Denver finished better that the Cs all 4 quarters. Not good. But rather now than in June.  Cs will get better.

We won the first two quarters.

Clearly the Jays are very streaky. It's time forJoe to give the ball to KP and White during clutch time when the Jays' shots don't fall.

Joe just keeps repeating his mistakes over and over again by letting Tatum taking the last shots this season whilehe simply didnt deliver.

well after the 2nd timeout at least we got the ball to Tatum on a smaller guy, JT just needs to attack the smaller guy and get to the rim, NOT take an impossible fade away shot

Bump the Joe thread, haha.

this one is on our players, and I want to blame joe

It's on all of them. No offensive discipline whatsoever, which comes from the top. If your coach is constantly preaching that there's no such thing as a bad three, that's how you're going to play.

I mean, even Perk (!) of all people gets it with his criticism of Joe and him not getting easy shots for his guys, just threes. Stop chucking so many dang threes, and take it to the dang hoop.

Our stars weren’t good enough, period. Reoccurring theme in big games against legit contenders. Celtics are good but massively overrated

We won the first two quarters.

Unless my memory’s off, I was saying that Denver won the last couple minutes of every quarter.
