It will be interesting to see what OKC ends up doing in the next couple of years, because they got some guys who are going to get paid and they won't be able to keep all of them, especially with their ownership. Giddey, Chet, Williams, and then SGA are all going to be wanting major contracts within a year or two of each other. They have a few years to figure it out, but they certainly won't be able/willing to keep all of them at that money.

Yeah, they also have a boatload of picks so they have a ton of options on how to put together and maintain a strong contender.

I don’t think so. Too different. Will say this, though… Chet stole a lot of KD’s moves. Lol. Really impressed with his game. On both ends.

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

Could he actually be better than Wemby?

Joe has to find a way to get Brisett and Stevens some minutes. the key to this game we could not get stopped and then tried to play defense with 5 minutes left. We know, we have the talent to do that but we need some real defenders to help get stops.

Wanna know how the head coach finds a way to get some bench guys more minutes and stops playing his starters into the ground ?
He subs them in the game !!!!

Thanks for choking at the line 300m $ man

Still on board in trading him. #JTJB

I'm on board with both of your recommendations - Trade Jaylen, Fire Joe.

Too bad.  One lousy quarter did us in.
It certainly did ME in, I shut it off after the 3rd. Watching Celtics games is one of the few things I do for pure entertainment. When it's not entertaining, I stop watching, Wyc.

losing by 4 to a top team isn't the worst result in the world. I mean do fans expect we are going to win out? there will be some losses. hearing "trade Jaylen! fire joe!" after every loss kinda gets old.

you just hope it doesn't become a trend. we win Friday/Saturday and no one remembers...

if we have a little better 3rd quarter we win this.

Didn’t watch but asking the same questions. Also why no Q? Need to have more than 4 guys come in and spell the starters

We had 17 ORebs and 14 TOV.  They were 10 and 12.  So we won that battle (extra possessions battle).  We had 12 more FTAs (won that too).  What killed us was missing 2-point shots.  We were getting "put backs" but not converting them.  Strange way for this team to lose.

I am not too worried.  It is hard to beat good teams on the road.  We are now 10-7 on the road.  That isn't bad, about what all the better teams are.  In the end, they made a few more shots than us, both 3s and 2s.

We fell behind PHI in the overall point Differential (now +10.0) but that is still very good after 33 games.

SGA killed us.  Putting Tatum on him really helped, but was too little too late.

Joe went double big too much. I think he was trying to get added rim protection against all those SGA drives to the hoop, but it had minimal effect on that.

Thought our defense let us down last night.

OKC is a really good team. I went into this knowing it would be a fight, and potential loss.  They match up well with us.  Chet is really good at such a young age. He makes very good decisions.

OKC is going to be a force for many many years.  Would not be surprised if we faced them multiple times in the finals over the next 5 years.
