People won't like this idea, but I've always thought Randle would be a good fit next to Tatum.

If we don't win the title this year, I wonder if we could work out some deal around a Brown for Randle + deal. Not sure what that would look like in terms of a package given the salary differences next year plus differences in value, but I like the balance and sound of a White, Jrue, Tatum, Randle, Porzingis lineup. Would also help out with the finances and potentially allow us to keep Jrue and White and Porzingis, too, as Randle won't be getting nearly as much as Brown.
Randle and Tatum can have a contest to see who can take the least efficient shots.
No offense. Just playing.

Eh, I think just like we've seen with Porzingis and to a lesser extent Jrue, the better spacing a team like the C's would provide with him as the third or fourth option would really open the door for his offense, while also giving us some things that JB doesn't.

beautiful last few plays.  Dwhite red hot, and finally getting some hands in the passing lanes (Jrue) = easy dunk.

JB with good def on Randle.  I don't like Randle as a player on our team...
JB has been guarding him well, but he doesn't have the size if Randle really wanted to take him inside.
I don't know why Randle / Knicks don't try to exploit the size mismatch when JB has been on him.

Part of that is KP being there as an elite rim protector. With neither Robinson nor Hartenstein as a floor spacer, he can always be inside to challenge at the rim.

That's why I think playing next to another stretch big would do wonders for his game. Randle could bully ball all day long with KP out on the three point line.

A strong close to the half, and winning the 3rd quarter? Did Joe level up? What is going on? I need Paul Harvey to tell me "the rest of the story."

We've definitely picked up the defensive energy this half.
