I'm of the belief he doesn't call them because he legit doesn't know how to design an ATO play. I'm also struggling to remember the last time we had an end of qtr play that looked organized.

Brissett frustrates the hell out of me.  Everything about him looks like a quality NBA player except for the fact that's completely incapable of putting the ball through the rim.  He just can't do it.
