I think we're seeing JT unlocked right now with the addition of the two other legitimate star-level scoring options in Jrue and KP. Unlike last year where they'd load up on him and get away with it, there's just so much spacing and room for JT to work his inside out game this year.

Good chance of an MVP-level year for him, especially if the team continues to stay this successful.

He has a nice offensive game overall. 

I don't think such a weak defender has a place in the regular rotation.  He becomes a target who disrupts our entire defensive identity.  But in blowouts I think he serves a purpose as a guy who can keep the offense chugging across the finish line.  Useful back-of-bench player.
