And Ben Simmons will now miss “some time” due to nerve irritation on the lower left side of his body, according to Shams

This guy is done in the league. Bust.

Holmgren vs Webanyama on TNT in a few mins. Should be interesting…

Sochan looks like Rodman from a distance. The blonde hair. Same number even. Similar size. He even moves in ways similar to Rodman. Those arms, those long arms.

Cason Wallace is a big guy. You don't expect a rookie PG to have such a mature physique. He looks more like a small wing than a PG.

Micic was impressive. He helped settle down that young 2nd unit. Made some pretty passes. Tied together the team with his passing and intelligence.

I hope to see more of him as the season continues. He looks a quality player.

Even besides a few obvious teams like the Nuggets, the West is LOADED this year. And not only that, but it's encouraging to see a lot of younger teams start to make strides (Thunder, Rockets, Wolves, etc.). Long season left but the West playoffs this year will be super exciting.

An in-season tournament, too. I would expect young teams like the Thunder and Spurs to care more about these games, the prize money would mean a lot more to someone on a rookie contract than someone on a max

Watching the game, at times it seems like OKC should be running away with it but the Spurs are hanging in. I guess part of that is just the youth/inexperience of the Thunder
I'm bitter.

Giddey is such a smooth ball-handler. Great composure and strong decision making.

Embiid is just a free throw merchant at this point. No wonder he’s not successful in the playoffs when the calls tighten up.
Recovering Joe Skeptic, but inching towards a relapse.

And he tends to tire out by April/May

And btw, a coworker of mine who is literally a Philly-native and Sixers fan says the same thing. He's excited that Maxey is doing well and they have a bench now because of the Harden trade (plus getting rid of that headcase), but he also says what he's worried about is Embiid's health and stamina. Literally go watch the end of Game 6 and then Game 7 last season. Embiid was practically just jogging, getting outhustled and locked up by Horford, and looked gassed.

Jordan Hawkins is a skinny small SG. Reminds me of Hubert Davis in terms of his size, physique and shooting ability.

J Hawkins is going to have problems on D at that size. He will need to bulk up some. JJ Redick had a similar problem early in his career.

If the Lakers miss the playoffs completely and the warriors get bounced early then it'll be a great west playoffs.
