Lakers lose and we finally officially get a break from hearing how great they are playing. They have lost 4 of 7 with one win over the wolves without kat or gobert. I’m sure they will win a few in this next stretch against the hawks and Philly without embid. But finally a little bit of peace from the nonsense for a few days. Life is good.

Box score watching.  Looking at Suns vs Bucks makes me appreciate our roster even more, even though I've looked at their rosters multiple times already this season.

The game is almost over and the Bucks are shooting almost 60% from 3.  24 made threes already.  The Suns themselves are shooting well, 59% FG% and 41% from 3.

The Suns and Bucks lineups have defensive holes all over the place.  The Suns are a pretender, even though they have three elite offensive players.  The Bucks will need a combination of abnormally hot shooting for an entire series, as well as luck to come out of the East.

We do not have such problems.  Our roster has so many elite/good two way players that it will be remarkably difficult for our opposition to sustain efficient shooting and/or play high-level defense against us.  Thanks PBS.

The phoenix suns absolutely stink. Talented on paper but woof, struck no fear in me whatsoever with our 2 recent games against them and just got punked by the “horrible” bucks

I would to start the first round with the Heat! Exorcise those demons right off the bat. This Celtics team is ready for it.

Yeah, Miami is the boogeyman around here.  A healthy Celtics squad should take care of them relatively easily this time around.

Actually agree with this. Dispatching of the heat in the first round would do so much for this teams confidence but be careful what you wish for.

I hate the bucks my dude. Can’t stand Giannis. They are and will be a legit threat and a tough out. Period. Still would take the Celtics in 7 coming down to overtime.

They could be eliminated in the play-in tournament or first round and some people will still be making excuses for them and talking about how great they really are.

Looking at the most wins by NBA teams over the last 10 years, the Celtics are at #2 behind only GSW whereas the Lakers are near the bottom of the list:

Still, all we hear is how mediocre the Celtics and Tatum and Brown are and how great the Lakers and Lebron are. IMO, this will likely continue even after the Celtics win a title with this group.

Hey, we have played a 3OT playoff game before  ;)

(My heart would definitely give out by the first OT though)

Bucks made 18 threes in the 1st half  :o

Khris Middleton is back in the lineup and so far he's shooting like Khris Middleton of 2022  :-X

He has 8 points bro...

22 points end of game

He still looks slow to me. C's and other faster teams would run around him nowadays. Phoenix is not that team.

Doncic just completely left Murray for an open three with the game on the line.  He’ll never win anything of consequence until he improves on that end.

And as I type that, Denver does the same.  Basketball!

What an ending.  Kyrie with a running left-handed 18-foot floater to win it.  Ridiculous shot.

Wow - what a shot by Kyrie for the win.

What was that?  Left handed runner from behind the foul line  - amazing shot.
