Boston - Poku, Mann, Garuba, Covington
LA - Brogdon
OKC - Zubac, BOS 24 1st

Seems reasonable for all 3 teams and the Thunder go from 3 to 1.

Boston takes in the exact salary of Brogdon so it doesn't increase.

So post-trade lineup

Starters - White, Brown, Tatum, Zinger, Rob
Rotation - Mann, Pritchard, Hauser, Brisset, Poku, Covington, Horford
Deep Bench - Banton, Garuba, Walsh, Davison (2W), Scrubb (2W)
To Be Cut/Dumped - Kornet, Champagnie, Griffin

A lot more depth and balance to the roster and as I said, salary is the same.  If they can find someone to take the last 3 (or perhaps someone like Covington), they'd save money while filling out the roster so that would be a bonus.
I would rather Brogdon than those guys, chiefly because I think Poku is one of the worst players in the league
'23 Historical Draft: Orlando Magic.

PG: Terry Porter (90-91) / Steve Francis (00-01)
SG: Joe Dumars (92-93) / Jeff Hornacek (91-92) / Jerry Stackhouse (00-01)
SF: Brandon Roy (08-09) / Walter Davis (78-79)
PF: Terry Cummings (84-85) / Paul Millsap (15-16)
C: Chris Webber (00-01) / Ralph Sampson (83-84) / Andrew Bogut (09-10)

I think as a big off the bench he'd be fine, especially if he can get healthy.  If Covington can stay healthy, he provides a quality 3-D swing as well.  Mann is a capable back-up PG and I think Garuba is worth a flyer.  That fills out the bench well, though Brogdon as a single player is better than those guys, I just think the collective bench filling, at the same salary, and taking a flyer on the young guys makes sense.  Covington also provides a very tradeable (and decent sized) contract.  That could be a valuable piece at the deadline.
2025 Historical Draft - Cleveland Cavaliers - 1st pick

Starters - Luka, JB, Lebron, Wemby, Shaq
Rotation - D. Daniels, Mitchell, G. Wallace, Melo, Noah
Deep Bench - Korver, Turner

Please no, I know he is tempting but he won't help.

I agree, don't see this making us better.  It was worth talking about trading Brogdon for a Porzingis level player, and when we still had Smart, but I don't see trading Brogdon (and a 1st!) for a Pu Pu platter return.

For the minimum I’d prefer him to Champagnie.  It’s questionable whether he’d get minutes over Hauser or Brissett, and also whether he’d cause problems if he didn’t.  But if he’s willing to earn a rotation spot in camp, and be ready to be called upon when needed if he doesn’t, I’d like him.

Although I still want us to get Derrick Jones Jr. more.

SF/SG- Tatum, Brown, Hayward, Smart, Semi, Clark

Yeah, I get the interest, but guys like this rarely end up helping.  He was 25% from 3 last season with UTA.  He doesn't rebound or defend particularly well, and has never had a natural position (SF or PF).  I don't see it as a given that he will help the team any more than Champagnie, he might, but he might not.  And I doubt Gay accepts a non-guaranteed contract.

I am all for swapping out Champagnie for a better player, but I would like to get one who for sure will help the team.  We can do better than 37 year old Rudy Gay.  Or if not an established vet, get a young player who is better than Champagnie but still has some ceiling left.  No need to sign Gay just to sign someone.

Not convinced Rudy Gay is an NBA caliber player anymore. It has been 2 years since he last helped a team. Leave him be. Not worth signing.

Good is such a relative term, they are a team that has been below .500 the last three years.

Could we get some one useful from them, possibly but aside from  Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Josh Giddey, Luguentz Dort and Jalen Williams they have no other 10+scorers per game out of these

I wish we could get Jalen Williams but they are not going to give guys away for nothing.
