Preparing myself for the Heat to be in the bonus all night, the J's to have 2 early fouls each and for Butler to shoot about 25 FTs tonight

That's how I feel. This game gonna come down to the wire, similar to Game 6 and last year's Game 7 vibes. We get a 13-point lead late in the 4th and the Heat go on a ridiculous 13-0 run to tie game and then who knows what will happen.

It sounds like it. Reports are that he's taking jump shots without at arm sleeve right now at morning shootaround.

Joe is only playing 7 guys tonight so it probably doesn't matter.

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

Maybe I'm wrong but I don't think it will be particularly close. Butler/bam may play better and be more aggressive but these game 7's generally come down to what roleplayers show up. And roleplayers usually do better at home.

Think one or two of grant, brogdon, white, smart, Horfords has a big game.

Celtics shot 20% from 3 game 6. I expect that they wat he's the tape and realize they got away with one in game 6 and will come out out high energy with better ball movement

As if watching Game 6 wasn’t nerve wracking enough, here we go with Game 7. C’s are 7.5 point favorites. Let’s go!! Brogdon and Vincent are both listed as questionable. I bet Vincent plays though.

I’m hoping Brogdon doesn’t play. He can’t hit anything, he isn’t a good defender and his absence means White gets max minutes. I guess I have to live with some spot Hauser/Pritchard minutes.

Any word on how long those take to heal?
It really depends if it needs surgery or not - but 4-6 weeks is typical for partial tears. That said, he's probably made the determination that he's unlikely to injure it more by playing, although I'm not sure I like this at the expense of White and Smart's playing time.

meh no worries. if he does poorly in a  small timeframe you simply bench him and go back to more white and G will. i think G will will have a good game tonight.
