Jaylen Brown is biting his tongue from telling his truth. You can tell he has a lot on his mind. There's some real issues in that locker room.

And he's one of them.

Yes he is. As well as smart

I can see Stevens gone along with Mazzulla this summer. Wyc has to bite the bullet , swallow the sunk costs and move on. He promoted Stevens to save money, they likely promoted Joe to save money, and it cost them big time.

fine by me

I feel bad for Mazzulla. He was out in an impossible situation two weeks before the preseason started. Cs management failed this guy by not hiring veteran assistant coaches. At the is point it is too late and the writing for this season is on the wall.

I don’t know how you can walk back from those comments. Mazzulla  should be fired but something with this roster core is rotten and needs a shakeup.

Not sure how those two and mazulla co exist going forward

He'd generate a lot more sympathy from fans and the media if he wasn't so smug and dismissive all the time. He got arrogant with the hot start and expected an easy ride the rest of the way, even when he was clearly underperforming.

I feel bad for him, but only to an extent. He was put in a bad position, but he also accepted it and took the money and recognition that came along with it. That's on him. Maybe he should've been more truthful with himself and recognized he wasn't yet ready to lead a team like this, because he's probably screwed up the rest of his coaching career in the NBA after this performance.

I’m going to continue to say it

I’d love to know what Ime did and to what extent it was bad. Because whatever it was, it didn’t prevent him from getting hired less than 8 month later, and taking interviews from other places

Well, we need a fall-guy. He's the first to go. Then there's Smart, Brown, Horford, G.Will and these bums idk what they're doing on a nightly basis. Then there's Stevens with his ridiculous management decisions.

He prob banged on a Celtics executive woman, or a woman who is the spouse of a Celtics exec. Idk, either way, that was an overreaction. Should've just given him training and fine him, reconcile and be done with it.

If he was likeable I'd feel bad too, but he isn't. So we have an unlikable coach killing.a title run. Hard to feel bad for him. Imo, if he gets fired he doesn't take a look.at himself, but will believe it's not his fault. If he was humble at all, he wouldn't be making the.same mistakes in may as he was in Dec.
Back to wanting Joe fired.

Joe Mazzulla was asked if he has lost the locker room: "Yeah, it’s why I need to be better to figure out what this team needs." Why has that happened? "I’m not sure."
He surely cannot be retained, admitting that!

If the players are still that bitter about Ime, I’d say the next guy they bring in doesn’t stand much of a chance either.  The Ime thing is done IMO, this is about an incompetent coach who came in and tried to change a championship caliber teams philosophy in his first year.  He just bit off way more than he could chew

Absolutely. I feel no sympathy for him. He’s a jerk, and has a history of violence against women. Sooner he hits the road the better
