Good good

That was pretty close to my guess on the contest!

2 2nds seems like a bit of an overpay tho....

One pick to get Muscala, one pick to dump Jackson.  We could have taken Muscala into a TPE, we didn't have to include Jackson.  So a second round pick to save some money.  fair enough.  Second round picks can be purchased around the draft.

Not bad, now let’s get someone who can spell JT and JB.

I love it. Cost us basically nothing, and he can fit next to both Rob and Horford in a line up. Big men who can light it up from 3 are very valuable, even if they are role players.

Don't understand this unless there is a TPE deal coming.

Why include Jackson? Isn't using the TPE to create another salary block good at this point?

luxury tax. they likely would have traded JJ with a protected pick and cash to someone if they did nothing else today anyway. so it's as if we only traded one pick, really.

Brad couldn't use / draft all his 2nd rounders anyway.....

Wonder if they are done or are still looking for a wing.

I hope we can grab a 3 n D wing from somewhere.

Nice pickup! And I'm fine giving up two second rounders as opposed to any first round picks

I didn't really consider him because I felt OKC would keep him. But if guys like Naz Reid and PJ Washington were unavailable, then Muscala is a fine addition.

Still hope we can add a backup wing somehow

Especially when you have Brogdon, and the Jay's on the floor at the end of games. There are tons of opportunities for open 3's for your 4th option and if he's a big - very hard to defend.

Excellent pickup! Was thinking the other night watching the OKC/LAL game how awesome he’d be as a fourth big behind Al, Timelord, and GWill. His shooting provides a lot of versatility with lineups, too.

Super solid move by Brad.

I think he can be what Gallo was supposed to be for the Celtics. A floor spacing big who can grab boards as well.

Gallo is a legitimate scoring option that can light it up.  Muscala is a backup who can give you 15 good minutes.  Neither are going to give you great D but Muscala is cheap and the C's still have an open roster spot for a buyout if someone becomes available.

Yeah good pickup and cheap. Has a team option for next season.

Yeah, I'm curious as to which two seconds.  If it's both of them from this year, that's not cheap.  If one of them is protected, far off, or a swap, that will feel better.

I wonder if one is the Houston pick which could turn out either very good or nothing.  I think it’s protected to 32???
