Bulls are just getting right through the C's D for easy shots in the lane.  need better perimeter D

Looks like the Cs relaxed after that opening run. Can’t do that with these Bulls.
agreed.  C's doing well with only 3 TOs so far but a telling stat is that they've gotten no steals and the Bulls have only 2 TOs.  need to put a lot more pressure on the Bulls passing

Celtics can get to the rim at will. Don’t settle for 3s

We've gotta be the best transition team in the NBA, or at least top 3.

Vucevic seems to give Celtics problems since he entered the NBA

just joining the game. tp for a recap and highlights.
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

The Celtics have lost to this team twice this year and if they’re championship favorites like we think they should be blowing this team off the floor

Is that it for Rob at the half? He’s played 9 minutes so far.

Can't do that with anybody - but we continue to try anyway.
At some point this season, this team has to return to its defense-first identity.
Good offense that is dependent on hot shooting is not gonna get us thru the entire playoffs.

What is the conventional wisdom in Boston, is it lack of effort, is it Mazzulla not putting enough emphasis on that end of the floor, is it scheme or is it the players assuming they can turn on the defensive jets when they get to the playoffs (which does not work) ??
The Four Celtic Generals:
Russell - Cowens - Bird - Garnett

The Four Celtic Lieutenants:
Cousy - Havlicek - McHale - Pierce

Brown can't shoot for crap tonight, but he's getting to the hole at will. Love it.

Bad shot selection Jays.  Attack the rim.
