GS has zero fear and it’s frustrating to watch.

Weak minded effort by the Celtics so far tonight. They just have to play their game like they've been doing this season

They still look like little bros playing this team. Why?...

Curry is allowed to touch the ref after being called for a foul?

Of course!

So I guess we are truly committed to this drop coverage and getting obliterated by Curry and Thomson off screens.

Just zero sense for this. Another dogma like the extreme timeout philosophy.

The thing is - this is an *extreme* drop coverage. Griffin is dang near at the rim on these PnRs. That's inexcusable. And it's clearly not working, just like it didn't work in the Finals.

This game has a ways to go.  Our shots aren't falling now, that's why were down 8.  Shots start falling and the Cs win.

Yeah small ball is the way vs Golden State. I'd take a chance at Green/Looney roll than Klay/Curry three. Put Grant in Center and switch. Heck Id put JT on C and play 3 guard lineup.

You're right but they look nervous. This shouldn't be the case right now.

GS is 7-21 from 3. Bad defense is bad defense.

GS may score 70 this half.  Shooting well after slow start. Defense giving them good looks all night.

Unless Boston figures something out on defense they aren’t winning tonight.

Absolutely no resistance defensively

Especially when you boast a three headed monster in Smart, White, and Brogdon, too.

Heck, it's not like the bigs have helped with the offensive rebounding either.

  • Sometimes there's no sane reason for optimism
Looks like we are just going to gift the Warriors this game. At least we have Al and Rob, which will just entirely change how we play against them.

But please no more Luke. Try Vonleh if needed, maybe Kab. Just a big that can move his feet.

and with Grant at the 5, we can't even control the defensive rebound on a FT.

What a sorry ass effort.  How do you let them get a rebound off a missed FT
