And this is why you are so wrong about this constantly. Celts kept playing, figured it out, got Tatum and And1 and then TV timeout kicked in. You don't waste TOs just seconds away from a TV timeout and you got to let your vets figure stuff out.

Eh, wasn't paying attention to the tv timeout timing there. Dealing with a heater on the fritz, so have been walking in out and from the garage.

But, yes, in that case I agree it's fine to let them play it out with a pending tv timeout to not waste a timeout and to give them experience with playing through it.

But he's had a bad habit of letting it go way too long and losing the lead for us due to his philosophy on the matter, so a little gunshy about that. Though he has been better the last handful of games on calling appropriately timed timeouts.
