Man, Curry is really something else.

Even as bad as they've played this year, they could seriously upset anyone in the West as wide open as it is. Wouldn't surprise me to see them come out of the West at all, particularly with KD's ankle injury.

Nobody will want to deal with guarding their backcourt all series.

Wow, major choke job by the Bucks in the last few minutes and OT. They were up 8 with only a few minutes to go in the fourth.

But I'm not complaining! A Bucks loss and extra minutes played for their main guys - win, win!

Yeah TP to you both, you beat me to it.

I know Golden State has a terrible 7-25 road record, but they are still NOT a team I want to face in the playoffs. They were down 8 with 1:20 to go and still came back to tie. Then they blitzed MIL with buckets in OT as well. That team is battle tested as we know and know how to win anywhere in the playoffs. Tonight's game had a playoff feel to it and Curry + Thompson showed up big time.

Suns better hope Durant can return, because otherwise Golden State still has a chance to make a run even in the wild, wide open West. I still feel it'll be Celtics or Bucks vs. Nuggets in the Finals, but Golden State is capable of beating Denver IMO (not a guarantee DEN can beat them)

Thank you Golden State!

Boston now 1.5 back of Milwaukee and still well in the mix for the 1 seed.

The C's play @Houston and @Utah next, while the Bucks are @Sacramento Monday night, then @Phoenix. If the C's take care of business the next two games while MIL drops even just 1 of those 2, we're right there less than a game behind MIL  :)

Hang on, theres a report from Sean Deveney that the Celtics were upset that the Bulls allowed the Bucks to acquire Goran Dragic? Maybe if they actually spent their money during trade deadline or acquire some buyouts early they wouldn't be upset?

And losing those 3 very winnable games to the Nets, Knicks, and Cavs.

If we win even just 1 of those we’re basically tied right now for the 1 seed. Blew a 28 point lead, then lost in 2OT, then OT. Ugh

And obviously even the last two games of that stretch the C’s blew big leads late

Hell if Williams hit just one free throw we’d have won against the Cavs

Yeah, definitely infuriating.

But, if we take care of business down the stretch and beat Milwaukee, I think things can still work out.

I think so too. I'm also holding out some hope that at some point MIL also slips a little too. They've won 19 of their last 21 which is amazing, but I do think at some point they could hit a skid, maybe even this week. Not saying they'll lose 10 in a row but just lose a few unexpected games against mediocre teams. But if not and MIL just dominates the rest of the way, they deserve the 1 seed anyways in that case

True. Hope they go on a random skid. They got Kings and Suns coming up, who are two powerhouses in the West. And then a few division rival games in the Pacers, Bulls, and Pistons. And they got the 76ers, Grizzlies, and Celtics at the end.

I think the Celtics are going to go into that Bucks game with a chance to take over the #1 seed.  The Bucks have been playing great but Giannis is banged up and they’re due for a skid.

I know the stats may say otherwise, but Jokic really is just a turnstile on defense. I'm watching some of this Nets-Nuggets game and even some Nets players are just running by Jokic or scoring on him with practically no resistance. But this has been true of Jokic for a while. We criticize Rockets' Harden during those prime years for not playing defense but Jokic is worse IMO

He definitely does a lot of other things at an elite level. Defense ain't close though

Just an absurd statement. Don’t expect serious engagement with hyperbolic bait like that
