Ayton says he hasn't talked to Minty Williams since the game 7 loss

That sounds like a healthy player-coach relationship… Ayton will be gone by the deadline.
Wonder what Ayton and Crowder could fetch in a trade
'23 Historical Draft: Orlando Magic.

PG: Terry Porter (90-91) / Steve Francis (00-01)
SG: Joe Dumars (92-93) / Jeff Hornacek (91-92) / Jerry Stackhouse (00-01)
SF: Brandon Roy (08-09) / Walter Davis (78-79)
PF: Terry Cummings (84-85) / Paul Millsap (15-16)
C: Chris Webber (00-01) / Ralph Sampson (83-84) / Andrew Bogut (09-10)

The Suns are hoping that plus a lot of picks will get them Durant in February.

All or nothing. It would be oh so easy to root against a team with CP3, Durant and Booker. Gotta love a villain

Yeah, except they'd be a heck of a lot better and an actual threat to win the title if they swapped Ayton for Durant.
2023 Historical Draft - Brooklyn Nets - 9th pick

Bigs - Pau, Amar'e, Issel, McGinnis, Roundfield
Wings - Dantley, Bowen, J. Jackson
Guards - Cheeks, Petrovic, Buse, Rip

Hm earlier this summer there were rumors that KD's preferred destination was either Miami or Phoenix, last year's two number 1 seeded teams.

Phoenix is my pick to take a step back this year. Crowder and Ayton are unhappy and want out. I think Paul starts showing his age. And I think a lot of teams will be healthier with difference making stars playing this year.

Not sure what the over/under is with them but I could see them being a 48-50 win team this year as compared to the 64 win team they were last year.

Their O/U is 52.5 on at least one site, so it’s not the slam dunk bet you’d hope for.

I think they go over that.  Still won't do anything in the playoffs, but should be a fine regular season team again.

Apparently TJ Warren isn’t going to be ready for the beginning of the season, and is going to be reevaluated in November.  He’s still suffering from the same foot injury that’s kept him out since January 2021.

This is concerning. And I wanted us to consider him this off-season. But I feel like he was even banged up some before 2021. He was electric in the bubble. Gotta root for him to get healthy even if for nets

Sucks for the Bulls.

Sources: There is confidence in Bulls guard Lonzo Ball's ability to return this season following left knee surgery on Wednesday that doctors believe addressed the issue. Ball is expected to miss at least a few months.

And for Lonzo.  His original prognosis was a few weeks, and now he’s hoping surgery number three limits it to a year.

I have to say, now that we've a bit removed from Lavar Ball and all that nonsense - Lonzo's a very fun player to watch.

Yikes.  Mike Breen's home.  Luckily nobody (people or pets) was home.

Frightening.  Glad it was empty at the time.
