They started panicking after GSW made some lucky shots and got the lead in that Q1. Never calmed down.

Hopefully halftime will settle them down.

Yep they lost their heads and it could cost them the game because they gave the Dubs belief and momentum. But 15 points is definitely not insurmountable. They can't keep turning the ball over because it's guaranteed 2 transition points at the other end. Missing shots at the rim for us is very costly too because GS is very quick

How many games has this board being saying the bolded for no change?

I just can't fathom how in Game 6 of the FREAKIN' FINALS, you start the game with a 12-2 run and then literally proceed to give up a 35-8 run where at one point, GSW scored 21 unanswered points in a row.

THIRTY FIVE TO EIGHT RUN....

Alright I’m gonna be the voice of reason. It’s a game of big runs, it’s only 15, this game is far from over. Just come out like we did to start the game.

Yep- We would need to do what  we did last game but it will need to be for 24 minutes and not 12. I am not expecting it but hoping for it nonetheless

I feel so bad for Horford. He may never get back here again.

Brad do us all a solid and go get Brad beal. We need consistent outside shooting and someone to mentally keep Tatum level.

Yeah, if we don't pull off a miraculous comeback, perhaps one thing this will do is highlight to Brad how our offense is just not good enough and push all the chips in NOW for a third offensive star. Whether that's Beal or someone else I don't know, but regardless of what happens the rest of this game and series we ABSOLUTELY need help offensively.
Question is, do you swap Brown for Beal? Or do you guys the team by trading basically everyone else? Idk if Washington would even jump on that tho.

I'm kind of feeling Tatum for Beal right about now.

I would swap Brown for Beal. I used to say no because of Jaylens defense, but my estimation of his defense in these playoffs has plummeted.

Anyone have any idea why they refuse to post up Smart or Horford vs Curry? It has worked really well and they never go back to it.

Infuriating. Even with Looney in, you can still do that and pass off to his man when he helps.

You add to Brown and Tatum. You don't swap one of them.

Not to sound harsh but Horford basically disappeared in this series after Game 1 too.

Idk if by design but he just feels like a non-factor for the most part

If it comes down to that, I'd swap Brown for Beal.  We'd give up some of our D but assuming Rob can stay somewhat fit, I think we still have enough.  We desperately need that alpha when it comes to scoring, and neither of the Js is it.

One other thing the team needs to implement for next year - complaining fines. This has been a point of emphasis for Ime all year, and they've just fallen right back into it in the playoffs, Tatum especially.

The team should implement a system to fine the players when they overly complain in a game. It does us no good whatsoever, sows discord with already awful refs, and half the time leads to not getting back on defense.

i’ve said it before: the nba needs an nhl-style diving penalty. flopping and foul hunting are ruining the game.

If I'm trading Brown, it's for a big time scoring PG, not an aging SG. Trae, Ja, Mitchell, maybe LaMelo. These are not viable options, but Beal is not the answer to our problems.

Ime's got 3 TO's left. He tried to stop the rot.  Only choice now is to roll with his 5 best players the rest of the way or hope against hope that his bench can stop sucking and actually contribute something.

Not great choices.
